“I came into this world, to live out loud”

“I came into this world, to live out loud” best describes my approach and my life purpose. Clients and friends report that when I show up action begins; and, that characteristic has earned me the personal brand: “action catalyst.” Yes, spot on! In my decades-long career in business, government and academia.

I have been a follower, a leader and a business owner and in every position, I ignite conversations,  drive change, and inspire action across all types of organizations and industries. A catalyst is an agent of transformation, a person that expands and illuminates’ possibilities; a person who follows their curiosity from the known to the unknown.

Being a catalyst allows me to bring joy, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to others; to bring disparate ideas together, bridge new perspectives, and convene diverse groups. The idea of living out loud does not refer to the noise level because  I usually work confidentiality and quietly behind the scenes. I measure my success by the influence, gravitas that my clients display.  Some clients are promoted while others turn around a failing business line—all develop new skills, knowledge and capabilities and act with clarity.  Their results reverberate from our 1:1 engagements and enter the marketplace as new products, solutions, ideas and innovations.

I am energized by today’s dynamic environment, changing landscape and the thorny issues that confront us.  A perfect storm of opportunities to apply my energy, insights, and understanding; what better place and time for an action catalyst.
